Welcome to Mrs. Richard's Third grade!!!

Children have always been the center of my life. I focused my passion for children on the art of teaching and have been in education for nine years so far.  I acquired my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership in 2005. Teaching kindergarten through fifth grade, I have had luxury of experiencing many different groups and have grown to love third grade. Fortuantely for me I have been in third grade at McAlear Sawden for three years. I have had an amazing ride so far and look foward to many years here to come. My students and parents have been an absolute joy!

My family lives in Monitor township and our children attend McAlear Sawden as well. I can't forget my goldendoodle Abbey, she keeps our lives interesting. I enjoy playing volleyball and attending the gym on  a regular basis.
