Welcome to Mr. Trabalka's Home Page!

Hello! Welcome to Mr. Trabalka's website, or as most of you know me as "Mr. T."  Here is a glimpse into the world of your child's teacher!  Here we go:

Where's Mr. T? No relation to Where's Waldo! I reside in Saginaw, Michigan with my wife, Angela and daughter, Lane. Angie and I have been married for 5 years now and Lane turned 3 in November!  Time is flying and she is getting bigger, smarter and cuter each day.  Angela is currently an instructor at Delta College. Lane doesn't work as of yet, but I'm hoping she'll help me run the summertime hot dog cart!  She could at least slap on the mustard and ketchup! 

Wanna know my resume?  I graduated in 1997, from Central Michigan University.  I've been teaching for 13 years now! Whoa!  For looking like I'm 22, I actually am starting to feel my ripe age of 35.  I've taught at 4 different schools, including Trombley, Washington, Mackensen and my personal favorite and current place of employment, McAlear Sawden.  I've taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade in various ordering arrangements, but I enjoy them all!

What are my personal interests and hobbies?  Well, if you visited my classroom, some of them would be fairly obvious!  I love comics and superheroes!  Both DC and Marvel! I'm not picky.  I also enjoy playing the guitar and watching the Tigers play baseball!  I also love animals and going to movies!

What do I love to eat?  My most recent passion is for the delectable "Georgia Reuben," which is smoked shaved turkey, cole slaw and provolone cheese on grilled rye bread!  Are you hungry yet?  I also enjoy Chinese food, pizza and grilled burgers!  For a treat, Twizzlers cherry licorice! Yum!
