I enjoy teaching French and hope that students appreciate and take the opportunity to learn what they can from all special areas. Much of the vocabualry we use can be found at this site.

Click on "downloads" and look at the appropriate grade level in the "French Vocabulary" section.

There are also practice activities on the site.  Just click on the "Quia" tab on the top of the page, then click on "Madame Hildinger".  The practice activities are arranged by grade level.  The number (or K) in front of the practice name tells you what grade level practice it is.  For example, "K Animals Matching" is for Kindergarten level, and is a matching game to practice animal vocabulary.If you click on "Foreign Language Links" on the Specials page, you can visit the Eiffel Tower, learn about customs in other countries and more.  Some of the upper elementary student's favorite practrice activities can be found here.  There is a French folder on the page that has even more links.  Look around and have fun.
